I know this is a controversial subject but whatever any thinks about Melissa Johnson's claims (I think she was telling the truth), if she did own Michael's trademarks, and she actually did, imagine what trouble that could be for the estate if they had made any deals involving those trademarks without legally being entitled to do so. This is why it's such an important case for the estate.
